Why We Use Soft Water To Clean

Southwest Riverside County has very “hard” water. When used with detergent carpet cleaning chemicals, it can leave your carpet stiff and sticky rather than soft and residue free.

Is there a solution to this problem? Yes there is. But it’s an added expense for Carpet Cleaners who care. We carry an on board water softener to soften the hard water. Not only does it leave the fibers softer to the touch, it reduces the amount of chemicals needed to clean.

Our chemicals are already 0 Rez and very concentrated with no fillers. We only use 4-6 ounces per 5 gallons of concentrate.

So it really does make a difference in the outcome of carpet or upholstery cleaning depending upon whether they are cleaned with soft or hard water. Does your professional carpet cleaner use soft water?
